How Sanna Strategies Started

Sanna is a concept of 'Nordic simplicity'. It means embracing a peaceful, slow life. In a world that never stops, we can all use a litte Sanna. 

I’ve spent my career leading teams, building businesses, and driving growth in environments where results matter. As a co-founder of Logic Staffing, scaling  the company to $25M in annual revenue, expanding to multiple locations and partnerships. These experiences shaped how I think about business.  

Throughout my career, I’ve collaborated with operations, sales, customer success, and recruiting. I’ve worked closely with executive teams, building and developing customer strategies that improve retention, increase revenue, and strengthen long-term partnerships.

What makes me unique is working with Fortune 500 to single location companies, various processes, and confidence in decision making. 

What I’ve seen time and time again is most businesses need simple, real-word expereinces that are relatable to center and grow. Not from theory or a text book.
