About Pachia Paul and Sanna Strategies

Pachia Paul founded Sanna Strategies on a simple belief: the best business advice comes from experience, not theories. She has walked in the shoes of a small business owner, made the mistakes, and successfully come out
on the other side. Now she helps others do the same, faster, with fewer scars and more confidence.

Her story is the story most entrepreneurs know: you start something, you figure it out as you go, and somewhere along the way you realize that the way you built it is either working for you or slowly consuming you. Pachia has been on both sides of that line, and she built Sanna Strategies to help founders course-correct before it costs them.

With hands-on experience across the full business lifecycle,  from the chaos of a startup's first hires to the discipline required to position a business for a profitable exit, she brings a through-line most consultants can't offer. She doesn't just fix what's broken today. She helps owners see where the business is headed and build toward it intentionally.

Currently serving as a strategic consultant,  Fractional Sr. Growth Officer for the Tacoma-Pierce County Chamber of Commerce where she is redesigning the sales team structure and deepening long-term member retention, and former co-owner of Logic Staffing.

Her signature talk,  Build It Like You're Going to Sell It, takes audiences through the five decisions that determine whether a business thrives or stalls: how you start, how you sell, how you deliver, how you operate, and how you exit. No theory. No recycled slides. Just the real story of what works and what doesn't, told by someone who's lived it.

She speaks to entrepreneur groups, chamber events, banking client roundtables, and small business associations throughout the South Puget Sound region

Topic and Format

Build It Like You're Going to Sell It - A story-driven talk for entrepreneurs who want to build something real and leave with a plan they can actually use.

Most business owners are so busy running their company that they never step back to ask: Am I building this the right way? In this talk, Pachia shares the story of what she's seen work, and what she's seen fail , every stage of a small business's life. The result is a practical, honest conversation about the five decisions every founder faces, and how to make them in a way that compounds over time.

THE FIVE CHAPTERS -

1. Start With the End in Mind  - How you structure the business on day one determines everything. Many founders skip this step and pay for it later. This chapter is about getting the foundation right before you're too busy to fix it.

2. Build a Sales Team That Doesn't Depend on You - Sales is the engine, but too many owners are still the best salesperson in the building. This chapter covers how to hire, structure, and comp a team that can close without you in every room.

3. Deliver What You Promise Consistently - Growth breaks delivery. This chapter is about building the customer experience so it scales with you so your reputation grows instead of fraying as you get busier.

4. Build Processes, Not a Job - If the business stops when you do, you don't own a business you own a job. This chapter covers the workflows
and operating rhythms that let you step back without things falling apart.

5. Always be Building Toward the Next Phase - Whether you want to sell, step back, or hand it to your kids  the end game shapes every decision you make today. This chapter is about keeping one eye on the exit, whatever that looks like for you.
